Joyce Marie Modlin, age 66 of Dover, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at her son's home surrounded by her family. She was born June 26, 1957 in Joplin, Missouri to Leo Goodwin and Dixie Taylor Goodwin. Joyce loved scrapbooking, raising her family and doing crafts. She loved her ID Shows and Lifetime Movies. She loved drinking her strawberry wine. Joyce was preceded in death by her father, Leo Goodwin; her husband, Charles Dinwiddle and her uncle, Tony Taylor.

Survivors include her mother, Dixie Goodwin; her children, Jacob Goodwin (Monica), Quintin Pettit (Andi), Shawn Pettit (Jasmin), Carla Jean McCully, Brandy Rogers (Jim), Peachs Marie Goodwin; five siblings, Jackie Hicks, Beverly Hicks, Mike Goodwin (Sandy), Ronald Hicks, Tony Goodwin; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Braxton, Jaxson, Legend, Joshua, Mekka, Mykynly, Amelia, Jeremiah, Elijah, Kenzley, Christina, Malachi, Hannah, Damien, and one great grandchild, Liam.
