Juanita Smallfield

Juanita Alfie Smallfield age 77 of Dardanelle died Friday, July 22, 2011 at Dardanelle Nursing Center. She was born June 24, 1934 at Independence, Mo to the late William Perry and Alfie Heloise Bradshaw Pugh. She attended the Presbyterian Church in Russellville and was a member of the Eastern Star. She helped with Meals on Wheels and local activities. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Catherine Farmer, Arlene Hagan.

Survivors include her son, Stan Smallfield of Russellville; a daughter, Vicki Baldassari of Parthenon; six grandchildren, Chanda, Sarah, Chester, Meara, Adrianne and Lief, along with five nieces and nephews.
