Judy Kay Boothe age 61 of Dardanelle died Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at UAMS in Little Rock. She was born October 8, 1955 at Aly, Arkansas the late Roscoe and Ruth Qualls Potter. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints. She loved to sing, hunt, fish, raise a garden, canning and her favorite color was red. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, Carlis Boothe; two children, Carlis Boothe Jr. and Terry Robertson; brother Carl Potter; sisters, Carol Blees, Rita Godwin, Janice Caldwell, Ruby Yett; one grandchild and one great grandchild.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Saturday, April 15, 2017 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle. Burial will be in Brearley Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Mike Blees, Charles Clark, Bill Noblett, Greg Boothe, Juston Boothe, Dennis Guist.
