Junior Sylvester Emery age 88 of Gilkey passed from this life on Wednesday, May 1, 2020 as he was granted his promise of eternal life in Heaven.

He was born April 30, 1932 in Waldron Arkansas to the late BJ & Lona Coker Emery. He was a member of Trinity House of Prayer.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife of 62 years, Alta Bea Emery; son Johnny Emery; granddaughter, Amanda Lambert; grandsons, Tyler & Taylor Emery; and Michael Emery; great-great-grandson, Remington Rainey; brothers Kenneth Emery, Eugene Emery and Grady Emery.

Survivors include his daughters, Pat & Clifford Hales of Rover; Sherry & Brazle Hales of Havana; Anne Willis of Pottsville; Rita & Donald Kelly of Gilkey; Eva & Darrell Houston of Plainview; Jackie & Danny DeLaO of Pottsville; 22 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and 10 great-greatgrandchildren; sisters Omalee Green of Dumas, TX.; Gladys Clift of Amarillo TX.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 pm Monday, May 4, at Mr, Emery's home at 10195 Raven Road at Gilkey.
