Junior Ray Fowler, age 62 of Dardanelle, passed away Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at CHI St. Vincent in Little Rock. He was born April 28, 1962 in Danville, Arkansas to Johnny Junior Fowler and Mamie Lee Scarborough Fowler-Corder. He attended the Ranger Freewill Baptist Church. Junior loved music, dancing, working on vehicles, but most of all he loved his family. He was preceded in death by his father; one sister, Nina McKnight; one brother, Billy Joe Fowler; a sister-in-law, Mary Fowler and a son-in-law, Tommy Via.

Survivors include his mother, Mamie Fowler-Corder; stepfather, Glen Corder; five children, Kimberly Fowler Via, Krista Fowler Sims (David Jackson), William Fowler (Jessica), Jesse Webb (Allison), Maggie Fowler (Zachary Martin); Brothers, Johnny Fowler (Judy) of Belleville, Robert Fowler (Sherry) of Dardanelle; sisters, Judy Lambert (Larry) of Aly, Tammy Butler (John) of Atkins, Susan Emery of Russellville; grandchildren, Devin and Mason Via, Lexi Sims, Dusty Jackson, Emily James, Andrew and Aubrey Fowler, Indy-Rae Webb, Kaston Fowler, Olivia Martin, and great grandchildren, Damian Alonso, Aubree, Paislee and Cooper Jackson.

Funeral services will be held at 9:00A.M., Saturday, June 8, 2024 at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle with Bro. Chris George Officiating. Visitation will be held Friday, 6:00P.M. to 8:00P.M. at the chapel in Dardanelle. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Briggsville.

Pallbearers will be William Fowler, Lance Fowler, Justin Fowler, Johnny Woodall, Shane Vestal, and David Jackson.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Tommy Broadstock, Jackey Broadstock, Johnny Loyd Nunley, Randy Fowler, Marty Lambert, Donnie Fowler, Jackie Paul Fowler, Fonzo Tidwell, Wayne Tidwell, Everette Gist, Chad Carter, David Ray Nichols, and Josh Nichols.
