JW Horn age 67 of Danville passed away April 16, 2016 at the Fayetteville V.A. Hospital.

He was born March 6, 1949 in Russellville, AR. to the late Calvin R. & Beatrice Horn. He was an Army Veteran.

JW was a devoted son, taking care of his parents until their death. He was a faithful member of Mt. Pleasant Primitive Baptist Church where he served as deacon for many years. He loved his Lord and looked forward to seeing Him in Heaven.

JW loved to work with wood and made many beautiful things for family and friends. JW was a good neighbor and a hard worker and member for the Dutch Creek Volunteer Fire Department.

Survivors include his son, Joe Horn of Danville; daughters, Kacie McClure of Arkadelphia; Sherry Stepusin of Van Buren; brother, Dennis (Nancy) Horn; sister, Carolyn Clegg of Fort Smith;                         10 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren; and a host of nephews, nieces, family and friends.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at Mt. Pleasant Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Mark Green officiating. Burial will be at Union Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 19, at the funeral home.

Pallbearers include David Laster, Dewayne Noblett, Don Noblett, Scott Spears, Opal Don Horn and Lewis Wayne Horn.

Honorary pallbearers include Paul Jeans and Odis Grimes.
