Karen Kay Acquisto age 75 of Russellville died Sunday, February 19, 2017 at her home. She was born April 25, 1941 at Nebraska to the late Dale Harrold and Althea Mikkelson Smith. She was of the Catholic Faith, loved cooking, visiting with friends online, reading and sewing. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Sam Acquisto and two sons.

Survivors include her significant other, Dale Waddell of Russellville; children, John and wife Nancy of West Jordan, Utah, Jim and wife Naioko of Japan, Patricia and husband Jay of Russellville; thirteen grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren and one brother, Marlin and wife Delores of Russellville.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00P.M., Friday, February 24, 2017 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle. Visitation will be held Thursday, 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at the chapel.
