Karl Dean McMinn, age 63 of Dover, passed away Friday, September 30, 2022 at his home. He was born November 17, 1958 in Clarksville, Arkansas to the late Omer Dean McMinn and Lois Grace McMinn. He never met a stranger. Every person in the world, to him, was just a friend he hadn't met yet. He always saw the good in people. Sometimes, that's all he would see, even if no one else could see it. He enjoyed fixing people, anything mechanical, and stuff. Karl Dean was preceded in death by his parents and a granddaughter, Ashlee Renee.

Survivors include his children, Karla Morris (Roger) of Dover, Ashlee Wilson (Timothy) of Batesville, Mississippi, Nick McMinn (Kaylin Tilley) of Fayetteville, Paige McMinn of Dover, Alec McMinn (Elizabeth) of Dover; brother, Danny "Redbird" McMinn (Tammy) of Dover; sister, Peggy McMinn of Dover; grandchildren, Ryan, Justice, Lucas, Amelia, Eric, Harley, Shelby, Everlie and his best dog, Bob.

Memorial service will be held by family at a later date.
