Kathryn Davis Kathryn Euleta Davis age 83 of Hollis died Saturday, January 31, 2015 at Chambers Memorial Hospital in Danville. She was born May 27, 1931 at Cherry Hill, Arkansas to the late Gay and Jewell New Scott. She was a member of the Hollis Jesus Name Pentecostal Church and a social worker for ARVAC for over 20 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Husband Oval E. Davis Sr., one son Jimmy Ray Davis and two brothers, Dewey and Cleo Scott. Survivors include two children Oval E. Davis Jr. and wife Betty of Hollis and Dian Stewart and husband Robert of Ola, one sister Naomi Maxwell of Cherry Hill, four grandchildren Bryan Davis of Perry, Nora Fordham of Hollis, Kristin Stewart of Morrilton, Seth Stewart of Dardanelle, Five great grandchildren Isaac Davis of Perry, Alexis Workman of Ola, Olivia Davis of Perry, Nicholas Workman of Ola, Eden Stewart of Dardanelle and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM, Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at the Hollis Jesus Name Pentecostal Church with Pastor Rick Humphrey officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday February 3, 2015 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Church. Pallbearers will be Bryan Davis, Seth Stewart, Isaac Davis, Jimmy Maxwell, David Maxwell and Norman Fordham. Honorary Pallbearers will be Nick Workman, Bud McGrew, Chris Workman, Danny Neeley, Danny Holland, Glen Thomas. Arrangements are by Cornwell Funeral Home in Danville.
