Katie Rose Brodie, age 20 of Delaware, passed away Thursday, August 4, 2022. She was born April 19, 2002 in Russellville, Arkansas to Donald Odell Brodie and Sarah Rose Walker.  Katie was a member of the Delaware First Assembly of God Church, a 2021 graduate of Dardanelle High School, a shift manager at McDonalds in Dardanelle and had recently joined the Delaware Fire Department.  She was preceded in death by her father, Donnie Brodie; grandparents, Oscar Brodie, Robert and Kathy Standridge; one uncle, Scott Roush

Survivors include her grandmother, Martha Brodie; mother, Sarah Walker; one sister, Breanna Brodie; two aunts, Christina Roulston and Elizabeth Tarkington (Brian); one uncle, Ronnie Brodie; cousins, Kristi Roulston (Jesse Johnson), Clay Roulston and Addison Tarkington.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00A.M., Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at the First Assembly of God Church in Delaware with Bro. Charles Kendrick officiating. Burial will be private in Graves Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday, August 8, 2022 from 6:00P.M. to 8:00P.M. at the Delaware First Assembly of God Church.

Pallbearers will be Jesse Johnson, Clay Roulston, Brian Tarkington, Cody Stracner, Ronnie Brodie and Jeremy Hilderbrand.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Cornwell Funeral Home in Dardanelle to help with funeral costs.
