Kay Haggard Parks, age 75 of Dardanelle, passed away Friday, March 14, 2025 at Dardanelle Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born November 8, 1949 in Russellville, Arkansas to the late Oscar E. Haggard and Juanita Webb Haggard. Kay was an insurance agent for Nationwide Insurance for many years. She loved playing cards and board games, doing puzzles and going fishing. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dale Parks and her son, Casey Parks.

Survivors include her sister, Jeanie Crites (Joe); sister-in-law, Karen Childress (Gary) and numerous nieces, nephews and other family.

Visitation will be held Friday, March 28, 2025, 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle.
