Kelly Dawn Blalack age 48 of Russellville died Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home. She was born October 20, 1969 at Conway, Arkansas to the late James "Monkey" Rackley and Pat Hurley Coffman. She attended the Caglesville Community Church and was a fire watcher for ANO and a past employee of Levi Strauss. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include two children, Derek and Devan Blalack both of Dover; three brothers, Roger Rackley and wife Beverly of Jerusalem, Harlan Rackley and wife Blanch of Jerusalem, Scott Mueller of Dover and two grandchildren, DeWayne and Daniel Blalack of Dover.
