Kenneth "Hoppie" Earl Hoffsteter age 81 of Russellville died Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at Dardanelle Nursing and Rehab Center. He was born December 1, 1936 at Pottsville, Arkansas to the late Ted and Ruth (Workman) Hoffsteter. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Linda Sue (Ferguson) Hoffsteter. He never met a stranger and he loved cooking at deer camp.

Survivors include his two children, Suzanne Hertlein (Joe Steve) of Subiaco, Kim Tilmon of Dardanelle; six grandchildren, Ashley Young (Shane) of Dardanelle, Matthew Hertlein of Ohio, Megan Henson (Jared) of Lamar, Taylor Tilmon of Oklahoma, Haley Freeman (Lee) of Dover, Jordan Swafford (Nick) of Delaware and twelve great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00A.M., Saturday, August 24, 2019 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle. Burial will be in Pisgah Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at the funeral home.
