He joined the Marines 6 months before his 18th birthday, then served one tour in Afghanistan where he was a Machine Gunner. Klein also became a combat instructor during his 4 years in the Marines, earning a Black Belt with a red tab. Klein didn't stop there. As a first generation, non-traditional, minority of brave immigrant parents. He studied to gain a Bachelor's of Science of Sociology at the University of Central Arkansas with the hopes to help those undocumented.
He was born on December, 24th, 1993 in Hyattsville, Maryland to Maria Angelica Sierra and Kelvin Rosario Sierra. He was the third child of four. His big brothers are Keyvan Sierra and Kelvin Evander Sierra. His only sister is Keiry Angelica Sierra. Klein was an uncle to Aliya Reece Sierra and Skylar Dickinson Sierra, whom he loved to the moon and back. Klein is also survived by caring sister-in-law Shannon Kay Dickinson Sierra, beloved uncle Francisco Sierra, aunt Lorena Sierra, and dear friend Nilda Abels.
KJ was fearless. KJ was also a giver. Specifically, the best gift giver. He struggled vocalizing how much he cared about you and so his way of showing it was by buying the best gifts. Klein was a force of nature and he left a lasting impression everywhere he went just from his sheer presence. He had a smile that would light up even the darkest of rooms. Rest in love, te quiero mucho.
