Jodie Deal

Laura Jo (Jodie) Pfeifer Deal age 38 of Dardanelle died Tuesday, July 5, 2011 at River Valley Medical Center. She was born September 26, 1972 in Memphis, TN to Larry and Diane Pfeifer. She was a graduate of Edmond High School in Edmond, OK and obtained a degree in Psychology from Arkansas Tech University. She spent the last ten years working as a counselor/client advocate. She is preceded in death by her mother, Sheryl Diane Pfeifer; her paternal grandparents, Joe and Tillie Pfeifer; her maternal grandfather, Oliver McNew; uncles, J.B. and Bentley Rollans; cousins, Ray Norton, Seth Norton and Stephen Vaughn.

Survivors include her daughter, Madison Laine Deal of Dardanelle; father, Larry Pfeifer of Dardanelle; sister and brother-in-law, Lisa and Jason Fleming of Conway; niece, Pfeifer Fleming of Conway; grandmother, Jettie McNew of Dardanelle and numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.

Funeral services will be held 10:00A.M., Friday, July 8, 2011 at Cornwell Chapel, Dardanelle with Bro. Mark Lashley officiating. Burial will be in Brearley Cemetery, Dardanelle.

Pallbearers: Charles Barton, Brandon Carter, Chad Carter, MacKenzie Carter, Joel Vaughn and Lawrence Jr. Vaughn.
