Lela Mae Moody Geiger age 96 of Bluffton passed away June 4, 2023 at her home.

She was born December 2, 1926 at Bluffton to the late Kenneth Wayne & Allie Hunt Moody. She was a member of the church of God of Scrougeout, but attended Gravelly Methodist Church for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Geiger and brother, Bill J Moody and sister-in-law, Lucille George Moody Johnson and son-in-law, Jerry Pickens.

She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Geiger Pickens of Bluffton; grandson and wife, Russell and Robin Pickens of Bluffton; great-grandsons Joshua Pickens of Bluffton Wyatt Pickens of Danville;

and great-granddaughter, Kimberlea Pickens of Danville; nephews Charles Moody and wife Debbie of Dardanelle; Ronald Moody and wife Tanya of Russellville; niece, Louise Moody Ennis and husband Larry of Bluffton and Paulette Reel Thompson and Carl of Willits, CA.; cousin, Billie Lawson Ray and husband William (Rabbit) of Waldron.
