Lester Carlyle Smith, 69, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center. Lester was retired from Deltic Timber in Ola, Arkansas. He enjoyed Nascar, hunting, wrestling, bingo and Church. He was an active member of the Apostolic Gospel Tabernacle Church in Russellville, Arkansas. He took great pride in caring for the church grounds. He was a member of the Arkansas River Valley Gun Club. Lester loved being with family and friends for any occasion. Lester was preceded in death by his mother, Lois May McKenzie and his stepfather, Wood McKenzie.

He is survived by his partner, Debra Reynoso of Russellville, Arkansas; daughter, Amber Gomez (Joshua) of Odessa, Texas; son, Jason Smith (Beth) of North Little Rock; his grandchildren, Ali, Farah, Gabriella, Alexis Cheyenne, Gabriella Lynn, Hayden Carlyle, Luke, Cameron, Aubrey and Sterling; brother, Lewis "Skip" Smith; three sisters, Kathleen Osborn of Joplin, Missouri, Sharon Walker (Art), Alice Grider both of Conway and also many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 7:00P.M., Friday, February 5, 2021 at the Apostolic Gospel Tabernacle Church on Sparksford Drive in Russellville, Arkansas.
