Lina Kay Davidson, age 73, of Russellville, passed away Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Conway. She was born January 19, 1949 in Russellville, Arkansas to the late Gerald Goodier and Eunice Sorrels Goodier. Lina married the love of her life Al Davidson on December 23, 1971.

She graduated from Dardanelle High School and Arkansas Tech University. She taught for 38 years in Elementary and Middle School in Greenwood, Atkins and Mountain View. She was a wonderful mentor to her students.

She was an accomplished musician, and she shared her talents, not only with the community, but every Southern Baptist Church she attended. She was a member of the Dardanelle Rock Chapter DAR, and she was a member of the Kappa Kappa Iota Educational Sorority and a past member of Beta Signa Phi.

Survivors include her husband, Al Davidson of Russellville; first cousins, Gordon Goodier of Houston, Texas, Jane Rachel Howard of Clarksville; her fur babies, Lucy, Kash, Lucky and many, many friends.

A celebration of life will be held at 2:00P.M., Saturday, March 5, 2022 at the Assembly of God Church in Dardanelle with Rev. Ira Taylor and Rev. Robbie Jackson officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday, 1:00P.M. to 2:00P.M. at the church prior to the service.

Interment will be in Brearley Cemetery in Dardanelle.
