Obituary

Linda Sue Mahan age 60 of Houston passed away Sunday, June 23, 2013 at her home. She was born July 3, 1952 in Vian, Oklahoma to the late Hugh Robert & Linnan Amy McNatt Qualls. She was a Charter member of the Jesus Name Pentecostal Church in Plainview and Bread of Life Pentecostal Church in Jesseville. She and her husband went to many crusades & many revivals. She was a active singer in the church and sung for many at cemeteries. She was preceded in death by her parents, and daughter Charlotte Gail Mahan. Survivors include her husband Charles Mahan; children & spouses, Richard & Christina Mahan of Houston; John & Stephanie Mahan of Houston; Terry & Bonnie Mahan of Perryville; 9 grandchildren & 2 great-grandchildren; sisters, Wilma June Hendrix Hood & husband Randy of Tulsa; Faye Tellery of Sallisaw, OK; brothers Loyd & Debbie Qualls of Gore, OK; John & Shelly Qualls of Tulsa; coy Qualls of No. Carolina; a host of friends, and brothers &sisters in Christ. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at the Jesus Name Pentecostal Church in Plainview with Bro. Glen Davis and Bro. Ricky Hampton officiating. Burial will be at Upper Spring Creek Cemetery in Belleville. Visitation will be 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. before service at the church.
