Linda Lois Morgan age 78 of Danville passed away Friday, January 17, 2025 at Mitchells Nursing Home.

Linda was born June 25, 1946 in Danville, Arkansas to the late Cledis "Shorty" & Anna Mae Davis. Linda and her late husband Jerry Don owned and operated Jerry's Station and Morgan's Trash Service. She was the highway 80 mail carrier for over 20 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Don Morgan; parents; son, Jeff "Devo" Morgan; brother, W.K. Davis; sister, Shirley Daniels.

Survivors include her son, Chuck & Sheila Morgan; sister-in-law, Caroline Woodard; grandchildren, Corey & Duston Short; Lakyn Smith; Macey & Nick Drake; Dylan Morgan; Blake & McKenize Morgan; Allison & Jason Johnson; great-grandchildren, Dayson and Emorie Short; Lennox and Libby Smith; Zalie, Freya, Klover, and Colter Drake; Blaykley and Brooke Morgan; Maverick and Leighton Morgan; Bella and Levi Johnson.

Funeral Service will be 11:00 am Thursday, January 23, 2025 at the Danville First Baptist Church with Bro. Mark King officiating.

Visitation will be 10:00 to 11:00 am Thursday at the church before the service. Burial will be at Earl Ladd Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Anthony Adcock, Ernie James, Matt Carpenter, Eric Wilt, Garrett Spears and Billy Chrisman.

Honorary pallbearers include Carlos Ward, James Mitchell, Duck Donnell, David Chrisman, Lonnie Apple and Larry Don Elmore.
