Linda Carlene Handy, age 75 of Russellville passed away Monday, November 6, 2023 at her home. Linda was born December 5, 1947 in Houston, TX to the late Ernest and Juanita Whatley. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Penny Beasley, brother Gus Whatley, and a son, Junior. Linda loved her family, spending time with her grandbabies, shopping, and getting her nails done.

She is survived by her daughter Cindy Dowdell (Ken); grandchildren Justin, Chris (Kelsey), and Brittany (Colby); and great-grandchildren Gabriel, Aaliyah, Callie, Bode, Karter, Hayden and Harper.
