Lona Denese Barton, known to family and friends as Nesie, age 64, of Dardanelle Arkansas went home to be with Her Lord on Sunday May 11.
Nesie was born in Seminole Texas, and moved to Arkansas with her family in 1963. Nesie graduated Dardanelle High School and retired from GTE in 1994 and later from Icon Communications .
Nesie was preceded in death by her Husband Charlie Barton, her parents, Oliver and Jettie McNew, Her sister Diane Pfeifer and Niece Jodie Deal , all of Dardanelle.
She was survived by her Sister Jolynn Carter and brother in law, Lelon Carter , her Brother in law Larry Pfeifer , Nephews Chad Carter, Brandon Carter, Mac Carter, Niece Lisa Pfeifer all of Dardanelle, and numerous great nephews and Nieces and a Host of friends who she loved dearly.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00P.M., Friday, May 15, 2020 at Brearley Cemetery , Dardanelle Arkansas.
Nesie will be missed by those who were blessed enough to know her, and be loved by her.
