Loretta Sylvia Doucette age 78 of Dardanelle died Monday, February 20, 2017 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville. She was born October 1, 1938 in Barre, Vermont to the late Emile and Aline Cournoyer Lafaille. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert Paul Doucette; brother, Norman Lafaille and her son-in-law, Boyce Jones.

Survivors include her children, Lisa Jones of Dover, Bob and Heidi Doucette of Centerville, Linda and Jerrold Abernathy of Birta, Julie and David Thomas of Centerville; three sisters, Pauline (Leo) Gosselin of Newport, Vermont, Helen (Bill) Suess of Chepachet, Rhode Island, Irene Lafaille of Providence, Rhode Island; three brothers, Denis (Paulette) Lafaille of Harrisville, Rhode Island, Raymond (Celine) Lafaille of East Brookfield, Massachusetts, Roger (Darlene) Lafaille of Valley Station, Kentucky; eleven grandchildren, Jared (Ashley) Jones, Heather Jones, Amanda (James) Burroughs, Justin (Margaret) Jones, Jennifer Doucette, Asia Williams, Amanda (Alan) Martine, Derek Abernathy, Cody Abernathy, Kimberley (Dusty) Darr, Ashley Thomas and four great grandchildren.

Memorial services will be conducted at 4:00P.M., Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle with Rev. Jack Sidler officiating.
