Loretta Kathleen Freeman, age 87 of Ola, died Friday, December 21, 2018 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville. She was born August 25, 1931 at Birta, Arkansas to the late Thomas and Ruby George Via. She was a member of the Ola Baptist Church and she loved to embroidery, quilt, and be with her kids, grandkids and great grandkids. She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers; six sisters and one grandson, Christopher Freeman.

Survivors include her children, Sandra Haney and husband JR of Ola, Gary Freeman of Ola, Kathy Ford and husband Brian of Centerville; special niece, Donna Walker of Ola; grandchildren, Steven Haney and wife Audrey of Russellville, Stephanie Mathis and husband Vergle of Russellville, Dustin Cook and wife Jana of Dardanelle, Meghan Black and husband Jeff of West Fork and great grandchildren, Alexia, Ryan, Gabe, Lily, Dakota, Hallie, Kylee Paige, Peyton and Bryson.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Thursday, December 27, 2018 at the Ola Freewill Baptist Church. Burial will be in Birta Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday, 1:00P.M. to 2:00P.M. at the church prior to the service.

Pallbearers will be Ronnie Hance, Ray Jackson, Ricky Via, Doug Via, Sam Via, and Michael Eldridge.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Steven Haney, Dustin Cook, Joe Dashawn, Eddie Joe Lawrence, Donnie Via, Michael Via and a special Honorary Pallbearer, Christopher Freeman.
