Loretta Jean Thompson Smith age 57 of Russellville passed away August 4, 2021 at her home. She was born August 8, 1963 in Russellville, Arkansas to James Edward Thompson Sr. and Josephine Thompson. Loretta was disabled from ConAgra, worked at POM and was manager for It's Fashions and Sally's Beauty Supply. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, James Thompson, Danny Thompson, Joe Thompson and a nephew Cory Thompson.

Survivors include her children, Larry Smith Jr. and wife, Lynett, Ashley Dunn and husband, Ishmael; two sisters, Donna Diggs of Dardanelle, Laura Ann of Fort Smith; one brother, Jerry Thompson of Russellville; grandchildren, Ian Dunn, Eli Dunn, Easton Dunn, Mekhi Dunn, Taliah Smith; aunt, JoAnn Bell of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; nephews and nieces, Marcus Thompson, Jaimie Thompson, Robert Diggs Jr., Denese Diggs, J.J. Thompson, Jerome Thompson, Kyle Mcaffrey and a host of cousins and friends and her ex-husband, Larry Smith Sr. and David Hall.

Visitation will be held Friday, August 20, 2021, 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle.
