Lottie Musgrave

Lottie Irene Musgrave age 81 of Dardanelle died Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home. She was born March 26, 1935 at Delaware to the late Luther "Witt" and Edna Mary Parsons Foster. She retired in July 1988 as a nurse from Dardanelle Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Archie Lester Musgrave; one son, R.L. Musgrave; brothers, Presley Yeager, Baby Boy Foster, John James Foster, Charles Roland Foster, Newton Edgar Foster, Leslie Dewitt Foster; sisters, Essie Marie Lievesey, Tessie Lee Burris, Lissie Foster and Tiny Foster.

Survivors include her son, Mike Musgrave (Cindy) of Russellville; daughter, Teresa Baxley (Freddy) of Dardanelle; sister-in-law, Catherine Foster of New Blaine; grandchildren, John and Chrystal Baxley, Zachary Musgrave, Sarah and Jonathan Shepherd, Brittney Musgrave; nine great grandchildren; seven great great grandchildren; numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and friends; Honorary daughter, Christina Dillinger of Hensley; Honorary grandchildren, Kegan Reon, John Reon, Katie Reon and Amanda Myers.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00A.M., Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle with Bro. Bob Freeman officiating. Burial will be in Graves Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at the chapel.

Pallbearers will be Dustin Haney, Brent Christian, Zachary Musgrave, John Baxley, Cameron Baxley, Jonathan Shepherd, Sam Zollman, Heath Myers.

Honorary Pallbearer will be Dr. Berner.
