Obituary

Louise Virginia Adams age 92 of Russellville, passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2026. She was born March 5, 1934 in Kosciusko, Mississippi to the late Webster Webb and Martha Boatman Webb. Louise was a professional housekeeper, and she was of the Jehovah's Witness faith. She taught herself to read and write, and her wisdom spoke louder than any classroom could.   Louise was a woman of kindness who never met a stranger, always opening her home and heart to make others feel welcome and loved. She was an excellent cook, known for her cornbread and Sunday Dinners and a wonderful housekeeper, taking pride in creating a warm, beautiful space for her family. She was a devoted mother and grandmother who cherished her family deeply. She loved to travel, but her greatest joy was being with those she loved. Each morning, she began her day reading Psalm 91. Her faith was not just something she spoke—it was how she lived every day. She embodied the Proverbs 31 woman, and her children rise up and call her blessed.

Louise was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, James Authur Webb, a daughter, Alma J. Adams and son-in-law, Vincent Hill.

Survivors include her children, Anita Hill, Georgia Fletcher (Bobby); her siblings, Dora Kate Thompson, A.D. Webb, Lula Climmons, Earl Ray Webb, Eva Jean Taylor, Jimmy Lee Webb, Obie Webb, Otis Webb and Martha Ann Cole; her grandchildren, Darrell McDaniel (Laura), Felicia Fletcher, Wendell Withers, Dawnyell Fletcher, Robert Fletcher (Kendra), Amanda Kennedy (Malcolm); great grandchildren, Kenya Stallworth (Brandon), Alicia Withers, Dylan McDaniel, Ariyana McDaniel, Zayne McDaniel, Chloe Fletcher, Jayce Bennett, Jakeem Withers, Mariah Kennedy, Aja Kennedy, and Jayden Kennedy, and great-great grandchild, Grayson Stallworth
