Loutisha Anna May Dalton age 77 of Dover, passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at Russellville Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born May 24, 1947 in Clarksville, Arkansas to the late Herbert Harris and Bernice Newberry Harris. She loved flower gardening, arranging flowers and reading. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband of  62 years, Jimmy Dalton; four children, Mark Dalton (Melissa), Steve Dalton, Jeff Dalton, David Dalton (Regina); brother, Billy Harris; sister, Shelia Harris Wilcutt; eleven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
