Loyce Irene Nelson, 66, of Russellville died Thursday, June 21, 2012, at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville. She was born August 9, 1945, in Joplin, Missouri to the late Fred and Beatrice (Carr) Marvin. She was a mother, homemaker, and one of Jehovah's Witnesses. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Doug and Teresa Aitken of Dover; daughter and son-in-law, Alicia and Robert Cook of Hot Springs Village; three brothers, Fred Marvin of Austin, Texas, Lyle Marvin of Galena, Kansas, James Marvin of Joplin, Missouri; two grandchildren, Geoff Aitken of Dover, Sara Miller of Ft. Smith; and two great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 30, 2012, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Russellville with Brother Eric Bueche officiating.
