Loyd David Schembra age 65 of Dover, passed away Saturday, February 22, 2025 at his home. He was born November 4, 1959 in St. Louis, Illinois to the late Charles Schembra and Lola Asher Schembra. Loyd loved hunting, fishing and collecting Hot Wheels. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Danny Schembra, Lawrence Schembra, Web Schembra, Henry Schembra, Earl Schembra, Charles Juan Schembra and a sister, Ellen Poynor.

Survivors include one son, Jason Schembra; his siblings, Patricia Huffman (Dennis), Phillip Schembra (April), Nicky Schembra and grandchildren, Desiree Shay Schembra and Christine Sky Schembra. And the mother of his child, Anna Schembra and Glen Schnider.

Visitation will be held Friday, 6:00P.M. to 8:00P.M. at Price Grove Assembly of God Church with funeral service to follow on Saturday at 2:00P.M., at Price Grove Assembly of God Church with Ken Partain and Hunter Huffman officiating. Burial will be in Owens Cemetery in Dover.

Pallbearers will be Hugh Ivey, Robin Ivey, J.D. Ivey, Paul Poynor, Jacob Freeman, Daniel Schembra and Charles Schembra.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Ronnie Ivey, Ronnie Johnson, and the men of Price Grove Church.
