Lucas Basilius Wade age 5 days of Russellville passed away

May 6, 2016 at Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock.

Lucas was born May 1, 2016 in Little Rock. He was preceded in death by his uncle, Kevin Cervantes.

Survivors include his parents, Steven Wade and Esperaza Avina

Sister, Persophone Wade of Russellville; Grandparents, Donny and Marsha Davis, Steven and Charlotte Wade, Grand mother, Elizabeth Cervantes; Great Grandparents Dale Freeman and Debbie Thibedoux, Bobby and Carolyn Wade, Rafaela Cervantes and Raul Cervantes; Numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 pm May 9, 2016 at Russell Cemetery with Bro John McCourt officiating.
