Lura Estel Whitlow Davis, 71, of Ola, Arkansas passed away on Monday, May 3, 2021 at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville, AR. She was born in Plainview, Arkansas to James Leon and Bessie Irene Adamson Whitlow on September 19th, 1949. Lura was a devoted, loving mother and wife for 54 years. She worshiped Christ alongside her family at New Life Outreach in Danville. Although she lived in Arkansas her entire life, she enjoyed taking her grandchildren and great grandchildren on vacations to Branson, Missouri and on RV trips across the country.

She is survived by: her husband, Gerald Wayne Davis; sisters, Louise Rogers and Reda McConnell; brother, David Whitlow (Kathy); son, Thomas Davis (Teresa); daughters, Teresa Davis (Jennifer) and Tracy Apple (Mike); grandchildren, Meagan Burke (Michael), Riley Noblett, Hailey Davis, Emily Davis, Paden Davis, Layla Apple, and Cali Apple; great-grandchildren, Addison Burke, Lukas Davis, and Charlie Burke, and many beloved neices and nephews.

She was preceded in death by: grandsons, Dalton Davis and Zeph Underwood; infant brother Johnny Whitlow; sister Betty Muck; brother, Don Whitlow; and parents, Lonnie and Irene Whitlow.

A family conducted memorial service will be held 10:30 AM Thursday, May 6, 2021 at New Life Outreach in Danville with Bro. Walter Gorman officiating.
