Mamie Lea Burnham age 98 of Danville passed away Friday, June 01, 2012 at Chambers Memorial Hospital. She was born June 11, 1914 in Magazine, AR. to the late James Author & Carolina Tennessee Thompson Wright. She was a homemaker and a member of the Danville First United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Harold W. Burnham; brothers Maynard, Afton, Jimmie & Vadon Wright; sisters Belle Elkins, Izetta Erp, Carrie McCrary and Edna Mikles. Survivors include step-son& daughter-in-law, Bob and Sandy Burnham of Danville; step-daughter, Janelle Dixon of Fort Smith; grandchildren, Robert Burnham of Fort Smith, Brock Burnham & Samantha Flick of Danville, Chris & Heather Dixon of Texas, Kyle& Tiffany Dixon of Texas and Kim & Jeff Barnstead of Havana; great-grandchildren, Trey Johnson, Jenna Johnson, Alex Burnham, Cade Burnham, Lindsey Burnham, Hailey Burnham, Tenley Burnham, McKinley Dixon and Sailor Dixon. Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday June 4, 2012 at Earl Ladd Cemetery with Rev. Tom Sullinger officiating. Pallbearers are her grandsons. Honorary pallbearers are her nephews .
