Margaret Mitchell Margaret Mitchell age 69 of Dardanelle died Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at Baptist Health Systems. She was born September 17, 1944 at Fort Smith to the late Noel H. and Mary Sue Parks Jones. She was a home maker and a member of the Dardanelle First United Methodist Church and the DAR. Margaret worked at M. Hill's for several years as a beauty consultant. She really enjoyed making all the "young ladies" look even more beautiful than they did when they came in, and they always came back asking for Ms. Margaret. She loved to go shopping with her daughters and granddaughters and spending time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Carlos Mitchell of Dardanelle; three daughters, Carla Dawson and husband Mark of Conway, Amy McEntyre and husband Chris of Dardanelle; Wendy Davis and husband Mark of Danville; six grandchildren, Madelyn Davis of Danville, Alyssa and Ashton McEntyre of Dardanelle, Callie, Mattie and Lillie Dawson all of Conway. Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Saturday, July 12, 2014 at the Danville First United Methodist Church with Bro. Benny Harmon and Bro. Tom Sullinger officiating. Burial will be in Earl Ladd Cemetery in Danville Pallbearers will be Mark Davis, Mark Dawson, Chris McEntyre, James Mitchell, Robert Mitchell, Bucky Croom. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jewel Boyce, Dr. Gene Ring, Bonnie Ring, Janelle Tatum, Marilyn Hill, Jean Harbison, Dean Brown, Jalia Lingle, the Birthday Girls and the Bridge Girls.
