Marjorie Eubanks Tipton, passed away on September 24, 2023 at the age of 88. She was born on January 17, 1935, in Choctaw Arkansas to Jim and Elva Eubanks. Marjorie was married to her beloved husband of 38 years, WC "Tip" Tipton, who preceded her in death.

Marjorie's legacy lives on through her children: JaNella (Jeff) Burroughs and David (Brenda) Tipton of Maumelle, Christie (Rickey) Talley of Harkey Valley, and Trent (Libby) Tipton of Morrilton. Grandchildren include Nathan (Amanda) Burroughs, Brittney (Dusty) Bunting, Courtney Caldwell, Emily (Hunter) Vincent, Matt (Jenny) Tipton, Tyler Tipton, Katherine (Clayton) Isenberg, Abby Grace Tipton, Mary Kate Tipton, Reese Tipton and 12 greatgrandchildren.

After starting her family, Marjorie attended Arkansas Tech graduating with a Bachelors and Masters degree. She was a teacher and a librarian in the Dardanelle School District for 39 years. She found joy in travel, sports and running with her "posse". She never met a stranger.

Above all, Marjorie's faith and her church community, Dardanelle Church of Christ, were the cornerstones of her life. Her deep devotion to her faith was evident in the way she lived her life, sharing kindness, love, and compassion with everyone she met.

A funeral service to honor Marjorie's life will be held on September 28th at the Dardanelle Church of Christ. Visitation will be at 1:00 with funeral following at 2:00. Burial will be in Brearley Cemetery in Dardanelle.

Pallbearers will be Nathan Burroughs, Hunter Vincent, Bucky Talley, Clayton Isenberg, Matt Tipton, Tyler Tipton, Dusty Bunting.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Southern Christian Home or Camp Caudle.
