Marshall Dean Hewitt age 69 of Belleville passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at St. Mary's Hospital in Russellville.

Marshall was born August 23, 1955 in England, Arkansas to the late Jesse & Verna Huffard Hewitt. He was a carpenter and maintenance man at Wayne Sanderson. Marshall loved to fish, piddle in the yard, and go to the casino. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was known to the grandkids as Obie and PaPa who all loved him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Aiden Alvey; siblings, Verna Mae Johnson, Loyd Hewitt, Johnny Hewitt, Preacher Hewitt, Wanda Holt, Lois Guthrie, Anthony Hewitt, Jackie Hewitt, and Donna Hewitt

Survivors include his wife, Cassie Hewitt; children, Rick Hewitt; Jacques & Stephanie Ridenour; Gretchen & Billy Alvey; Ryan Garrett; Kylee & Adam Noblett; and Trevin & Espi Cervantes; sisters, Geraldine & Claud Scifres, Dolly Howard, and Helen Smith; grandchildren, Jonah & Jillian Alvey; Mahala Jackson, Addyson & Luke Noblett, Kaiser Garrett and Amelia Ridenour and a host of nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 pm Friday, April 25, 2025 at the Danville Cornwell funeral Home.

Memorial service will be 2:00 pm Saturday, May 3, 2025 at Grace Church with Bro, Logan Ferguson officiating. Private burial at Russell Cemetery.
