Martha Jean Means of Danville passed away Thursday, September 7, 2023 at Stella Manor Nursing Home.

Jean was born August 31, 1934 in Thornburg, Arkansas to the late Arthur Lee & Mary Mrytle Knight McReynolds. She owned and operated H&B Tax Service for 37 years. She loved yard sales, flea markets, gambling but most of all she loved her kids and grandkids.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Means Sr. "Tody"; parents; siblings, Mary McReynolds, Joe Carille, Bill McReynolds, and Bob McReynolds.

Survivors include her children, Pam Usery (Minnie) of Ola; Wesley & Sandra Means of Dardanelle; Paula Means of Dardanelle; Merry Hodges of Wilson; Cindy Yandell of Dardanelle; 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

Graveside service will be 10:00 am Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at Earl Ladd Cemetery with Elder Dennis Horn officiating. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers include Michael Vasquez, Eric Means, Troy Minnie, Jerry Don Minnie, Preston Chambers and Aaron Chambers.
