Martha Gay West age 80 of Briggsville passed away on Wednsday October 5, 2022. She was born October 16, 1941 in Tom Green County, Texas to the late Olie Lloyd Moore and Loma Aresta Hensley. She loved her family, traveling, avid reader and bowling. She was the Tournament Director for the United States Bowling Congress from 2006-2014, her job allowed her to travel to exciting cities all over the U. S. The family would go to Tunica's King Biscuit Blues Festival for many birthdays until her health made it impossible to enjoy. She was proceeded in death by her parents, four sisters; Ruth Ellen Moore-Hale, Anna Mae Moore-Palmer, Barbara Maxine Moore-Cobley, Rita Lois Moore McMafferty, one brother; Lloyd Marvin Moore.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years; Kenneth Lee West Sr, two sons; Kenneth Lee West Jr and Russell Lloyd West (Kristina), one sister; Sandra Lee Moore Billingsley, three grandchildren; Kenneth Lee West III (Barbara Dee Turpin), Kristopher Lloyd West and Rebecca Laney West, four great grandchildren; Eric Lee West, Kaston Wesley Turpin, Ember-Lee Maddison West and Blaze James West, Too many nieces, nephews, other kinfolk and extended family and friends to name that are all loved very much.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Saturday October 8, 2022 at the First Assembly of God church in Dardanelle.
