Mary Louise Bowden age 74 of Atkins, passed away Monday, May 26, 2025 at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center. She was born January 3, 1951 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late William Kemp and Fatha Williams Kemp. She loved watching her grandkids play ball, going to rodeos, playing cards and reading. Mary was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Larry Bowden; brothers, Bobby Kemp, Donald Kemp, Billy Kemp; sister, Dorotha Tyner and her stepdaughter, Tina Hall.

Survivors include her children, James Bowden (Christy), Teresa Mathes (J.B.), Rhonda Nuckols (Paul); stepson, Doug Cossey (Donna); one brother, Larry Kemp (Beverly); one sister, Brenda Shoop (Wilford); grandchildren, A.J. and Travis Bowden, Bailey and Riley Mathes, Mitchell, Alyssa, Shyann Nuckols, Chad and Steven Cossey, LaTasha Bright, Tiffine Randle, Trey Hall; two step-grandchildren, Zack Kemp, Christina Geary and numerous great grandchildren and other family members.
