Mary George Mary J. George age 100 of Dardanelle died Thursday, January 30, 2014 at Dardanelle Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born November 20, 1913 at Dardanelle to the late Harold Banks and Sibyl Ross Johnston. She was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Boyd Odel George; two sisters, Nina Stewart, Jane Klober. Survivors include her son, Harold George and wife Louise of Dardanelle; brother, Harold Johnston of Roland, AR; sister, Rena Love Foster of Dardanelle; two grandsons, Steve George of Russellville, David George of Cabot; one step granddaughter, Cindy Smith; six great grandchildren; one step great grandchild; one great great grandson. Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Saturday, February 1, 2014 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle. Burial will be in Brearley Cemetery in Dardanelle.
