Mary Lindley Mary Luva Johnson Lindley age 95 of Dardanelle died Thursday, April 11, 2013 at Dardanelle Nursing and Rehab. She was born June 2, 1917 at Newberry, South Carolina to the late George and Cummings Shealy Attaway. She loved politics, crossword puzzles, collecting cook books, playing the organ, her family and especially her great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur "Bob" Lindley. Survivors include her children, Sammie Johnson and wife Judy of Dardanelle, Anne Johnson Hester and husband Brabham of Prosperity, SC; one sister, Jackie Boozer of Newberry, SC; four grandchildren, Brad and Amber Johnson of Prairie Grove, Alison and Fred Edie of Durham, NC, Martin and Martha Hester, Columbia, SC, Melissa and Nick Dilworth of Chester, England and ten great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 10:00A.M., Saturday, April 13, 2013 at Goat Bluff cemetery in Hollis with Bro. John McCourt officiating.
