Mary Lou Long age 72 of Bluffton passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at her home.

She was born September 20, 1943 in Bluffton, Arkansas to the late Loy Gregory & Virgie Lorice Vaughn Weems Sr. She was a mother, homemaker and she worked at Wayne Farms. She was preceded in death by her parents; father of her children, Bobby Joe Long; daughter, Glory Jean Long; brother, Homer "Bo" Weems; two sisters; longtime companion, Don Solley.

Survivors include her children, JoAnn Long & Baldemar Gonzalez Jr. of Russellville; Mary Lorice & Thomas Ace Walker Sr. of Belleville;

Janis Faye & Mark Alan Watts of Belleville; Bobby Lee & Jasmine Long of Atkins; James Oneil Long of Bluffton; 13 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; companion, Smoothy Lambert; brothers, Loy Weems Jr. of Van Buren; Billy Charles Weems of Hollis; sisters, Patsy Robinson of Rover; Charlene Solley of Bluffton; Betty Lou Weems of Danville.

Funeral service will be 10:00 am Saturday, May 28, 2016 at the Bluffton Methodist Church. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 pm Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Bluffton Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Billy Lofland, Ricky Sherrill, Larry Wayne James, Wayne Rhoades, Kenneth Spears and Chris Briggs.
