Mary Elizabeth Marcum age 89 of Casa died Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at Mitchells nursing home in Danville. She was born June 12, 1922 at Perry County to the late James William and Della B. Shepherd Hayes. She was a member of the Casa Assembly of God Church and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Eric L. Marcum, one daughter Nona Sue Honeycutt and one grandson Ronald Honeycutt.

Survivors include one son, Jerry Marcum and wife Linda of DeBerry, Texas; five grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 10:00A.M., Saturday, September 24, 2011 at the Casa Assembly of God Church in Casa with Bro. Denver Robinson officiating. Burial will be in Birta Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday from 6:00P.M. to 8:00P.M. at the funeral home.
