Mary McConnell Mary Lou McConnell, age 70 of Danville, passed away Saturday, January 18, 2014 in Little Rock. She was born October 11, 1943 in Danville, Arkansas to the late Edger and Barbara Carrouth Ray. She was a homemaker and a member of the Danville First Landmark Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband of 52 years, T.A. McConnell; son and daughter-in-law, Kerry and Heather McConnell; granddaughter, Keighley McConnell all of Russellville; brother, J.T. Ray of Danville; sister, Johnnie Sue Vess of Plainview; several nephews and nieces; and special cousins, Jim and Rena Miller of Pottsville and Betty and Darrell Westcott of Danville. Pallbearers include Clevell Riddel, Ronnie Spears, Kenneth Spears, Brad Miller, Terry Miller, and Jim Gillespie. Honorary pallbearers include Jim Miller, Darrell Westcott, and Tom Stedman. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at Danville First Landmark Missionary Baptist Church with Brother Kenny Vosburg officiating. Interment will be at Earl Ladd Cemetery.
