Mary Omedeo Mary Onola Omedeo age 90 of Delaware died Monday, August 4, 2014 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home. She was born September 8, 1923 at Waynesboro, Tennessee to the late John Edward and Dorothy Elizabeth Helton Nowlin. She was of the Church of Christ Faith, she loved to go fishing, taking care of animals and cooking. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Harvey Huff, her second husband, Willie Omedeo; one sister, Ercle Rose; one brother, Edward Nowlin. Survivors include her children, Glenda Madsen of Tennessee, Tammy Poore and husband Larry of Delaware; one sister-in-law, Norene Nowlin of Conway; five grandchildren, Sherry Hutson of Pottsville, Kim Harrell of Tennessee, Junior Poole of Dardanelle, Onola "Sissy" Morales of Russellville, Josh Poore of Mulberry, Angel Whitbey of Delaware and six great grandchildren and one on the way. Funeral services will be held at 10:00A.M., Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle with Bro. Gary Anderson officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday, 6:00P.M. to 8:00P.M. at the chapel. Burial will be in Lagrange Cemetery in La Grange, Arkansas. Arrangements are by Cornwell Funeral Home in Dardanelle.
