Mary Singleton

Mary Adeline Singleton age 85 of Russellville died Thursday, May 25, 2017 at her home. She was born May 19, 1932 at Dover, Arkansas to the late Elton and Etter Brown. Mary married Roy E. Singleton Jr. and had six children. She was a very strong and hardworking women. She worked at St. Mary's Hospital, Valmac, Boeing Aircraft in Kansas, Morton's Frozen Foods, Taylor Nursery and Robinson Inc. in Russellville where she worked with her daughter and son-in-law, Robby and Treissa Robinson. She retired to stay at home and take care of her spouse when he became ill. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 60 years, Roy Edward Singleton Jr.; son, Roy Edward Singleton III; two brothers, Dub Brown, "June Bug" Brown and two sisters, Oma Lee Bishop, Jewell Collins; mother-in-law, Scottie Vaughn; son-in-law, Tim Hardgrave.

Survivors include her children and sons-in-law, Gloria Hardgrave, Treissa and Robby Robinson, Brent Singleton, Brenda and Russell Wisdom and Linda and Randy Wisdom; sisters and brothers-in-law, Betty and George Waldo and Linda and Edward Harness; grandchildren, Ashlee Hardgrave, Jeremy Hughes, Raeden Robinson, Jessica Robinson, Sarah Singleton; great grandchildren, Jasper Tanner, Nathan Chavis and Noah Benjamin Smith Jr.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at East Point Baptist Church in Russellville. Burial will be in east Point Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, 12:30P.M. to 2:00P.M. at the church prior to the service.

Pallbearers will be Jim Ed Gibson, Eddie Price, Gwen Collins, Charles Lynn Collins, Jason Harness and Justin "Boots" Lowe.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Larry Collins, Edward Harness, George Waldo and Frank Meinerstorph
