Mary Jane Swan, age 75 of Belleville, passed away Friday, February 25, 2022 at Chambers Hospital in Danville. She was born July 26, 1946 in Marianna, Arkansas to the late Jonas and Jessie Oxner. Mary was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a devoted church member her whole life and she taught Sunday School for over 50 years. She loved gardening, in her flowers and her vegetable gardens. She also loved the ocean. She was loved by so many and will be sincerely missed. She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Randy Oxner, Norris Oxner, Carl Oxner, George Oxner and one sister, Connie.

Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Tom Swan; her children, Christopher Swan (Regina), Angela Poynter (Clifton); two sisters, Sue Hislip, Betty Jo McClendon; three brothers, Rickey Oxner, Pete Oxner, Jimmy Jackson and thirty two grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Monday, February 28, 2022 at the World Harvest Baptist Church in Russellville with Bro. Chris Swan officiating. Visitation will be held Monday, noon to 2:00P.M. at the church prior to the service.
