Matthew David Ornsbey, 41 of Danville, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at River Hospice Home in Russellville. He was born on May 11, 1981 in Russellville to James David Ornsbey and Rose Marie Pickens. He was preceded in death by his father, James David Ornsbey; grandparents, Bill and Peggy Pickens; Riley Fred Ornsbey; and aunt Cathy Ornsbey.

Survivors include his mother, Rose Pickens; grandmother, Bobbie Ornsbey; stepmother, Rita Emery, 3 step-sisters, Nikki Johnston, Kaylynn Emery Johnson, Harley Emery; uncle & aunts, Robert Ornsbey, Becky Foster, Sandra Ornsbey, Billie & Gerald Minnie, Gary & Roslyn Pickens, Martha & Bobby McKinney; and a host of cousins.

Pallbearers are Dearllee Keim, Craig Keim, Preston Minnie, Scott McKinney, Todd Blankenship, and Terry Miller.

Visitation will be Friday, 5-7 p.m., Danville Cornwell Funeral Home (new building).

Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, Hunts Cemetery, Rover.
