Michael Flud Michael Doyle Flud age 59 of Mt. George died Sunday, April 26, 2015 at his home. He was born February 23, 1956 at San Jose, California to James Ray Flud and Velta May Pierce. He was a welder, he loved riding motorcycles and most of all spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents and one son-in-law, Mark Scantling. Survivors include his wife, Peggy Newton Flud of Mt. George; six children, Shelly Scantling of Mt. George, Carey Mooney of Moreland, Melissa Jones of Mt. George, Stephanie Knox of Mt. George, Jeffery Knox II of Mt. George, Jayda Knox of Mt. George; two brothers, Richard Flud and wife Jennifer of Carlisle, Donald Flud and wife Cindy of Van Buren; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. A family conducted memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Cornwell Funeral Home and River Valley Cremations in Dardanelle.
