Michael David Roark age 62 of Dardanelle passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at Baptist Health in Conway. He was born February 27, 1957 at Camden, Arkansas to Rex Charles Roark and Daisy Quarles Roark. He was a member of the PHODS and was preceded in death by his mother, Daisy Roark.

Survivors include his wife, Rosemary Roark; his father, Rex Charles Roark; three children, Alec Roark, Joseph Grant, Nick Grant; one brother, Todd Roark and eight grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Friday, January 10, 2020, 4:00P.M. to 6:00P.M. at Cornwell Funeral Home in Dardanelle.
